As a Cultural Care local childcare consultant (LCC), I invite our host families and au pairs as well as those considering Cultural Care Au Pair to explore my site and learn about what is going on in our community. I provide year-round support to host families and au pairs, and also talk to families considering the program to help them determine if Cultural Care Au Pair is the right childcare solution for them.
Anne Countouris is not new to Cultural Care Au Pair. Anne began working with Cultural Care in 2001 as an Local Childcare Consultant (“LCC”) in Pittsburgh working with au pairs and families. She served in that role for about 8 years before taking on additional responsibilities “in house.” Anne has worked on the Cultural Care inside sales team, moved on to supervise LCC’s as a Development Director for the mid-Atlantic and South regions of the country and for 3 years, she has worked in the recruitment and training of Local Childcare Consultant’s throughout the country.
In December of 2013, Anne decided for personal reasons to go back to a part time role with Cultural Care. She is thrilled to be again working on the team with families throughout Pittsburgh. A lover of travel and learning about new cultures, Anne adores meeting the au pairs and working with them as they navigate through an exciting year or two away from their homes. Anne loves to provide great customer service and is quite knowledgeable of the details of the au pair program. She is also looking forward to working with new families as they search for quality childcare for their children.
Anne Countouris is a mother of two beautiful children ages 20 and 15. She has been happily married for twenty-one years to her husband Lou. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
